What is Santa’s Magical Journey?
It is approximately a 45 minute to a 1 hour 15 minute walk around our animated wonderland, about three quarters of the way around you come to Santa’s grotto where the children visit Santa’s Grotto and receive a present. You’ll then have a family photo which you can choose to buy later.
What is Booking Protect?

How long does the experience take?
To experience everything thoroughly, the experience takes between 1-2 hours.
I’ve booked my time slot what happens at that time?
The time noted on the ticket is the start time of your journey.
Can we get into the Fantasyland building before my time slot?
No, the time stated on your ticket is the time you may gain entry to the Fantasyland building.
Can I enter the Fantasyland building without a ticket for Santa’s Magical Journey?
You must have a ticket for the event.
Can I add an extra adult ticket to my booking reference?
Yes you can! This can only be done by phone on 01328 878477. We will need to refer to your original booking so please have your booking reference handy!
Can I go around Santa’s Magical Journey without a child?
No, every booking must have a paying child.
Can children under 1 year go free?
Children under 1 can go free if you have another paying child in your party. However, they will not receive a present.
What happens if my child is sick on the day?
Unfortunately we will not be able to refund or transfer your tickets to a different day. Booking Protect is available for you if such an event occurs. Claims can be made through Booking Protects online portal.
Is the journey and site wheelchair/pushchair accessible?
Yes, it is fully accessible.
Can we take photos?
Yes you can take photos and/or videos anywhere along the journey except for Santa’s house.
What else is on site?
We have a Garden Pavilion restaurant, Barn café and 6 gift shops on site, all of which can be accessed with or without a ticket to Santa’s Magical Journey. We also have a tearoom in Fantasyland. Please ring our office for more information about our opening hours on 01328 878477.
Can we book a table in your restaurant?
We do not take any bookings for our restaurant or café; both are offered on a first come first serve basis.
How likely are we to be able to get something to eat on site?
Very likely! Even though our café and restaurant are not bookable, we are used to a high turnover of guests; 95% are working to a timed ticket so most people move along quite quickly so they can also visit the shops before the journey starts.
Do you cater for any dietary requirements?
Yes we do! We cater for gluten free, nut allergies, vegan etc.
Can we bring our own food?
Unfortunately you cannot consume your own food in the Fantasyland building. However there is a tearoom in the Fantasyland building where refreshments can be purchased.
